Forever 21 is a clothing apparel chain store with hundreds of locations in the United States. This particular location was still using paper and cabinets to stay organized. Files would get misplaced, coffee spilled on them, and just completely inefficient. They called on our expertise in order to implement a solution to their problem. We assessed their current configuration and decided a simple user friendly Microsoft Access database would be the best solution for their problem. After we implemented the database, Forever 21's productivity went up since they it only takes a few seconds to pull up any file they need. That led to workers having more time focusing on selling merchandise and saving money at the same time. They also no longer need to worry about spilling coffee on their files!
